Price Inspections began with a vision of low cost inspections done right the first time, and a quick efficient turnaround of the completed inspection. Part of this includes certifications and continuing education. Our President, Shawn Price is a state certified home inspector (HI2532), and is a Certified Home Inspector Instructor for the State of Florida (HI136)

Too many Inspectors over promise and under deliver. Many home inspectors take 2-3 days to give the client a report they can use to negotiate with the sellers. This takes away precious negotiation time during the purchase process

At Price Inspections we give you an electronic copy of the report within 24 hours of the inspection.  We use Dropbox online software to share all photographs of the property.  To speed up the process we can also email your insurance inspection reports directly to your insurance agent of choice so they can start working on your quote.
