Shawn Price

Shawn Price is the owner of Price Inspections. He is originally from Washington State. Shawn has a bachelors degree in Communications and Political Science from Washington State University.

He moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2001. He has a background of over 20 years in various construction fields. He has inspected more than 10,000 properties from single family homes, luxury homes to condominiums and commercial buildings.

He is a certified licensed Home Inspector (HI2532) & Instructor in the State of Florida . He is also a certified Wind Mitigation and 4 Point inspector. He partnered with Cooke Real Estate School and taught the home inspection course for a number of years.

Shawn enjoys taking the time to educate his client about their inspection report and answer all of their questions on site. He is detail oriented and thorough with every inspection.
