Property Inspections are very detailed, methodic, visual searches of a dwelling or commercial property. Each inspection is different in it’s outcome and each inspector must be well trained and detail oriented.  Our inspector is a leader in the inspection industry. To become a Property Inspector each applicant must have 4 years of experience in the building industry, Then they must attend the basic home inspectors course required by the State of Florida which is 120 hours, the final step to becoming a Certified Property Inspector in the State of Florida is passing the state examination.  For most property inspectors this is the culmination of their training.  Our inspectors continue their education with an additional 200+ hours of on the job training under the guidance of our lead inspector.  Each inspector is also audited regularly to ensure strict adherence to the InterNACHI standards of practice.

Our partnership with Cooke Real Estate School has allowed us to share our Inspectors experience with new individuals entering the field.  Cooke Real Estate School has been one of the United States premier Real Estate Education Providers since 1978.
